Hello,

I am trying to Create and populate a user list using test account. But receiving

Fatal error: Uncaught Google\AdsApi\AdWords\v201809\cm\ApiException: [UserListError.ADVERTISER_NOT_WHITELISTED_FOR_USING_UPLOADED_DATA @ operations[0].operand]

Thank you for reaching out. The ADVERTISER_NOT_WHITELISTED_FOR_USING_UPLOADED_DATA error occurs when your account is not allowlisted for Customer Match. In order to resolve this error, please reach out to your account admin in order to get your account allowlisted for this service. For more details, you can refer to this blog post.
