Status Account AdWords

Hi,
1) Tell me is it possible to get the status of the AdWords API, as well as a hint about the condition of the account that appears when you hover over the ad status as in the screenshot http://prntscr.com/dkv826
2) is it Possible to do the same through AdWords Script

Kindly refer below for my answers to your questions :

1. Campaign statuses are displayed differently between the AdWords UI and the AdWords API. For the AdWords API, you could get the Status information of your campaign through the CampaignService and include the Status field in your Selector. For campaign/ads reviews information or statuses seen in the AdWords UI, you may get in touch with the AdWords Community Forum as this is already out of scope for our team. 

2. This is also out of scope for our team. You may contact the AdWords Scripts team for more information.
