Hi Guys,

Does anyone have any resources/ideas for how I can create a Call Center API. In essence, I want to increase my bids when my call center doesn't have much traffic, and decrease bids when my call center is strained. Any direction in developing this would be greatly appreciated as I am very new to API's.

Hi Jon,

Others may have additional suggestions, but if you are new to APIs, you might consider using AdWords Scripts instead of the AdWords API. AdWords Scripts would, for example, allow you to easily link a spreadsheet that you use to record call center traffic to a Script that modifies your bids accordingly. This would be similar to the Bid by weather solution.

If you decide to use AdWords Scripts, you can post further questions to the Scripts forum.
