Activity Log wrong email

Hi everyone,

I contacted adwords team on Wednesday regarding issues in our activity log. 

Our PPC Executive has been working on expansions in one of our accounts for the past few days and a big share of the changes he made are appearing under someone else's email address. 

As an example, he made ad copy changes to the campaign today and these changes appear under our team mate email while he was the one to make the change and we are 100% positive that he used his own email address to make the changes. 

Has this ever happened and what can we do to solve it?
