clicks,cost,conversion etc before shopping campaign

Hi  Guys.

Now i am using Shopping campaign, so i can easily get the clicks,cost,conversion etc for each product with its ID ( Good base feed unique id for product) , But

I need few more information, Kindly Help me out on following Questions .

1. Before shopping campaign Release, we used Product Listing Ad , that contains various type like search,display network, search with display select etc.,

By used these methods, Can we get clicks count for every product we supply in feed ?

i am sure, it might present, since we can see our product on other Google Adsense integrated website with the product link.

so can you help me out on ' How we can get clicks and other Report histories based on product - before shopping campaign release'

2. Is there Any history - where our product are showed on every dates ?

3. Am not clear with CPC for the bid, for example 'shirt'

a) if we  make a CPC of '10 pound' , then howmuch google deduct for every click?

b) can we set daily click limit for every product ?

c) From document, i got , good bid with good website rank - Our product shows on first place in PLA box , so we have to bid more than all competitor?

Hi,

Regarding questions 1 and 2, for new shopping campaigns, you can use the Shopping Performance Report with the Date field included to get product-level performance stats. Please note that this report will only return rows for products that have actually shown in impressions, so you won't necessarily get every product back in that report. For legacy PLA campaigns, you can use the Ad Performance Report with the Date field and filter for rows where AdType = PRODUCT_AD. However, please see our recent blog post on the upcoming removal of legacy PLA objects.

Regarding your bidding questions, since these are not specific to the API, I'd recommend posting your questions to the AdWords Community. The product experts there can give you insights into how to optimize your shopping campaign bids.

But I am not asking about shopping campaigns ( because i am using it and i can get reports using API - product base reports too)

My Question is :

1. How can i get clicks and other fields for products ( products shown in Google Advertisement only - Not all my feed products)  In PLA campaign ,if its NOT a Product AD ?

       - because Before shopping campaign introduce by google, i can see my products in other websites ( Adsense) -  

2. Google Partner site mean ( The website those having Adsense) ?

3. Google Adsense - only use Product AD ?

Hi,

Sorry, I don't fully understand your questions. Regarding question #1, how could you have an ad for your products if they are not ProductAds? For questions #2 and #3, could you provide more details? Were those questions meant to be a continuation of question #1?

Sorry for my fair english,

1. how to get clicks and other metrics for products using  search and ' display network only ' type of Advertisement  ?

2. is there any other AD type other than ' Product AD' using product link ?

Currently we could able get product wise clicks for shopping campaign, Can we able to get product wise clicks for all campaigns?

Hi,

Thanks for clarifying your questions. All stats in your AdWords campaigns are retrievable through various reports. Many reports such as the AD_PERFORMANCE_REPORT have an AdNetworkType1 field that will tell you whether your ads served on Search or Display (CONTENT). The Shopping Performance Report and Product Partition Report are specific to Shopping campaigns, but most other reports will work for any campaign type.

I am not aware of any other ad type you can create within a Shopping campaign. In fact, in the UI, if you click +AD on the Ads tab of a Shopping campaign, it automatically sets the type to ProductAd -- you don't have a choice of any other type.
