Could you confirm if the "approximate numbers of people "reached" at the campaign level as a metric" you are referring to is the Average impression frequency per user? If yes, then I am afraid that field and the unique user metric field are still not supported within the Google Ads API, but we have already raised a feature request for these. However, there is no guarantee that this will be supported soon. With that, we recommend that you follow our blog for updates and new releases.

I understand that you are trying to establish the audience size for campaigns or maybe census_audience_size. Can you please confirm if this campaign_audience_view(https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/fields/v14/campaign_audience_view) documentation is what you are looking for with regards to your concern? However if you are referring to “Unique users and Reach metric”, please note that these data are not yet available via the API. However, our team already raised a feature request for this to become available in the API. Kindly note that this is a subject for review and what we can do is to advise you to keep an eye on our blog post for the updates and releases.
