I submitted the application for basic access API permissions, but so far there is no response, where can I get assistance?

Hello Brian,
Usually API Compliance team will get back to the API contact email address mentioned in your MCC account within 2 business days after submitting the form. Did you check the API contact email? Also you can contact them directly via this form. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
