Hey,

I submitted my Google Ads API Basic Access application on January 5, 2026 for MCC ID 797-337-7443 and have not received any response or case/ticket number.

Use Case: I operate ShipleyBI (https://shipleybi.com), an AI-powered marketing intelligence platform. We provide SEO/PPC management services for small and mid-sized businesses, including:

• Google Ads campaign optimization and bid management
• Revenue attribution from ad click to closed deal
• Real-time performance dashboards and reporting
• CRM integration (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive)

We need Basic Access to programmatically manage our clients' Google Ads accounts through our platform. This is blocking our ability to serve clients who are waiting on campaign management.
