How to exclude a conflicting conversion action by adwords API?

Hello, 

Through the API, you will be able to exclude conversion actions from the conversions column by setting the excludeFromBidding to true. If this attribute is set to true, the conversion tracker will not be counted towards Conversions. However, conversions will still be counted in the "AllConversions" columns in reports.
