Dear Google Support Team,

I am writing to request assistance with regaining access to my Gmail account. Unfortunately, I am unable to log in because my session cookies have expired. I can provide both two-step verification codes and access to my recovery email, but my registered phone has been lost and I cannot complete the SMS verification process.

Could you please advise me on the best way to regain access to my account under these circumstances? I am willing to provide any additional verification information required.
