Response Requested for Basic Access on the Google Ads API

We submitted an application 3 weeks ago for a basic access token for the Google Ads API but have not yet received any feedback. This delay is becoming a critical issue for our integration work. Could you please provide an update on the status of our application at your earliest convenience?

No Case ID was generated with the form submission.
