Appreciate pointers if it is possible to upload keywords with individualized destination urls/ bids.

Hi Mahantesh,

Yes, you can do that by setting the destinationUrl and biddingStrategyConfiguration on the BiddableAdGroupCriterion for each keyword. See the AddKeywords and UpdateKeyword examples.
