BatchJobService for uploading offline conversion data

Background:

I want to upload offline conversion to Adwords account and I followed the below link for implementing the same.

I'm getting below RateExceededError on uploading the conversions

faultString: [RateExceededError <rateName=OperationsPerDay, rateKey=basic_access_operations, rateScope=DEVELOPER, retryAfterSeconds=86400>]

Question:

So I was thinking of using  BatchJobService for uploading offline conversion asynchronously, When I checked the below link I don't see support for offline conversion upload.

So please clarify whether can I use BatchJobService for uploading offline conversion data.

Hi Bala,

As per the list of supported operations for BatchJobService, uploading offline conversion data is not included so you may have to do the asynchronous logic on your end.

However, looking at the faultString provided, the RateExceededError was triggered by exceeding the permissible number of daily operations for a Basic Access account. If you are indeed using a Basic Access developer token and your average daily operations and/or report downloads will exceed the permissible amount, then I suggest that you upgrade your account to Standard Access to have unlimited allowable daily operations and report downloads in consideration with the other Rate limits in place.
