Hi,
In AdWords API, via the Placeholder report, the field AttributeValues will give you a JSON list which includes final URLs : https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/placeholders
In Google Ads API, please refer to the feed_item.attribute_values: https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/migration/reports#placeholder_feed_item
