Batch Operator AUTO CANCELED and INERNAL_ERROR

Dear All.
I try to set bulk of extension with batch operator. When start in look great status is Active but after status is CANCELED by it self and throw error BatchJobProcessingError.INTERNAL_ERROR. I try for about today but it's still don't work, Here is batch job ID 470291274

Hi Mike,

Thanks for providing these details. I don't initially see what the problem is. It looks like all of your operations uploaded successfully, but there seemed to be issues when processing it. We're going to have to dig through the logs on our servers. I'll get back to you when we figure out what's happening here.

  Thanks for reply. What do you mean there seemed to be issues when processing it?
  It's mean my operations  not processing or process but not done or done but have problem when return result?
  I need to know this because if process done but have problem when return result, so I just keep upload operations and no need to wait for result.

   Update Information 
After I try to send batch operations all day finally have 1 job return status "DONE" that job have ID 470881557.
    I hope this can help you find out what the issue come from thank

Hello Mike,

In reference to your first question, what I mean by 'issues processing' is that the operations get uploaded, but before we can start executing any of the operations, something goes wrong. I'm still trying to figure out exactly what happens on our side that causes the operations not to execute. Thanks for providing the working batch job. We can definitely use that for comparison. I'll get back to you as soon as we make a bit of progress on finding the root cause.

   Thank for reply me. 
   Now I resolve  with reduce operator from 1000 operator for batch to 200 operator for batch now it's work great.
   But I think it's don't make sense, So for now my problem has resolve but may be you guys need to check your batch operator process.

Hello Mike,

I'm glad you were able to find a workaround. We are still looking into the root cause; it doesn't look like a simple one. I will still get back to you when we find the root cause of the issue.
