No Response for Basis Access for the Ads API (2-3 weeks now)

I submitted several times the Google Ads API Developer Token Basic Access 2-3 weeks ago and have not received a response yet from the Google Compliance team.

Google Ads Manager Account (MCC) ID:  507-904-4046

Access level: basic access requested
Case ID: Never received any case id

I would really appreciate if you could look into my case.
