This App is Blocked - still happening

Does anyone have a fix for this issue? - when uploading new scripts into a account 

I imagine there are various ways to fix it, but if anyone has any idea I'd appreciate it..

Could you please confirm whether you are using the Google Ads API or the UI for your operations? And if you are using Google Ads API then to investigate further please provide us with the complete API logs (request and response with request-id and request header) generated at your end and the uncropped UI screenshot of the report that you are trying to duplicate via the Google Ads API to better assist you. Kindly note that this support channel specializes in Google Ads API related concerns and technical implementations only.
 
If you are using a client library and haven't enabled the logging yet, I would request you to enable logging for the specific client library that you are using. You can refer to the guides Java, .Net, PHP, Python, Ruby or Perl to enable logging at your end. For REST interface requests, you can enable logging via the curl command by using the -i flag.
