How much time BidsModifiers really applied to the campaign?

Thanks for the answer. How long does it take between setting the bid adjustment and actually applying it? 

Let's be clear I need time frame please.

Thank you for reaching out. Once you set the bid adjustment and the API call is successful the bid adjustment would be applied instantly.
