Basic operations returning 0 results

Hello,

I recently got a developer token approved with Basic Access for my manager account. When I try to run the PHP scripts for basic operations like GetCampaigns or GetAdGroups I am getting 0 results and no exceptions:

Number of results found: 0

I am running the script from my terminal (not a browser) because I wanted to check if any exceptions, but there were none.

Do you have any idea what should I do next?
