how to fixing this error DEVELOPER_TOKEN_NOT_APPROVED, event i want to try with test account, but i can't found the account.

Thank you for reaching out. If you are making a call against a developer token with test access, make sure you have properly set up a test account as explained here. If you have followed all of those steps and are still having an issue, please share your client customer ID and the complete request and response logs of your call via reply privately to author. You can find information on enabling logging in the ReadMe of your client library.
