C16. Requirement. Set ad device preference

Hello!

Can anyone please help me with the C.16 requirement.
The thing is, in Russian, it is interpreted as "Choosing the devices on which the ads should be shown". It sounds like we can choose a platform: desktop, mobile or tablet.
In English, it is "Set ad device preference" (which is somewhat different)

Which option in the Adwords user interface corresponds to it? Is it "Mobile" checkbox in the form when you edit the ad?

Which value should I set to devicePreference key of https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201409/AdGroupAdService.Ad object?
Is it 30001 only?
Or can I choose any of those listed platforms: https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/platforms ?

It is quite misleading at this moment.
