Getting feedback on dev token upgrade request

Is this truly the only way we can get a response to our google ad token upgrade request by posting here?

I need to be able to work with real accounts and I have been stalled for weeks waiting on this.

Trying not to be a jerk, but there is no feedback provided so we all all left wondering what is happening. Is there some other place I should be requesting help?

I can see that you created another thread with the same concern. Please refrain from creating multiple threads with the same concern to avoid confusion. Furthermore, upon checking also in the thread, the Compliance team already responded to your concern. Therefore, we suggest to reply to the thread with a subject of No response from Ads API Basic Access application where the Compliance team responded.
