On Manager Maximum account limit

Is it possible to request for maximum account limit in advance prior to reaching the 
"Highest amount accounts total spent in a month, from the last 12 months" limit?

Our project is planning to have a sudden start with 1000+ sub accounts. And now we are limited to 50 sub-accounts only.

Maybe there is some kind of form we could fill in, or send an email, and explain the situation in more details to get the maximum account limit increase?

Thank you for reaching out to the Google Ads API team, You can't be exempted from requirements to have more than 50 active non-manager accounts. You can certainly reach out to their Google manager or representative to discuss further.
