How can I verify upload to custom audiance list is working on a test account

When I upload to an existing audience  list using SOAP API mutatemembers method the only feedback I have is 200 In Process response. 
 
When I check the list on the UI , the Size remains 0 and match rate is blank with no data even after waiting more than 24 hours and uploading more than 1000 contacts . Is there a better way to verify users where added successfully?

Hi Miriam,

Thank you for reaching out to us. You can use "validateOnly" to first check if the call is valid and will go through. You can also set up your request and response logs to check if the call was performed or if there was issues with the call. To set up these logs, you can follow the directions in our client libraries. If you're seeing that you're making the call but the changes aren't reflected in the UI, could you provide us with the request and response logs for the call you're making, as well as a screenshot of where you see this discrepancy? For privacy, you can reply using "reply privately to the author".
