Google Ads API batch job returns RESULTS_NOT_READY, regardless of the length of the timeout

Hello Team!

We use Google Ads API to automate the process of campaign creation and periodically we encounter the RESULTS_NOT_READY issue. Here's the fresh example:

If you haven't yet, logging can be enabled by navigating to the Client libraries > Your client library (ex.
