API - Ad Format Attribution for AD_GROUP_TYPE with Multiple AD_FORMAT_TYPES

I want to be able to view campaign performance at the AD_Format level for campaigns that have Ad Group types with multiple ad formats (e.g., Video Views campaign with Instream Skippable, Infeed, Shorts).

What is the best way to achieve this with the following kind of set up -
