Audience Segments targeting for Display ads

I'm using the PHP library to create google display ads.
I've done demographic targeting, such as Gender, Age Range and Parental Status.
But there is no example code that allows one to do Targeting for Audience Segments.
Please, kindly assist in pointing me to this documentation if it exist or assist with an example code in php.
