We're migrating our solutions to the new API (v9), we are using "search_term_view" report.

Some search terms are missing. For the time range 01/01/2021 to 31/12/2021 I cannot get the search term  "chaussettes personnalisées" with the new API even if I can with the web interface and with old API too (as you can see in images below).

But if I change the dates to "Last 14 days" I can see the results with correct metrics with new API .

As you can see in the web interface picture I have metrics for time range 01/01/2021 to 31/12/2021, so there is no reason to have 0 results with the new API

Thank you

What changes when I change the date it's the amouth of items in my filter. When I have more than 20 000 items the results is null (i dont have the query im looking for) if i have less than 20 000 items in filter it works.

But the API should return an error if I exeed 20 000 items in my filter.

Hi Boris,

For discrepancies between a UI report and an API report we will need a full screen screenshot of the UI showing the report combined with a full log of API request and response communications of the API report drawn in the same timeframe as the UI screenshot to rule out data settlement issues

The request and response appears similar to the JSON Mappings in our REST documentation. Our client libraries have loggers with logging instructions, to see these instructions you can click on the client library you use in the sidebar of our client library guide and click on "Logging". Setting the log level to 'Debug" will generate the requested log.

If you are using Google Ads Scripts then you can receive support from the Google Ads Scripts forum.
