Has anyone successfully created an AdWords account in the last 24 hours? We're getting ManagedCustomerServiceError.NOT_AUTHORIZED error when using
ManagedCustomerService.mutate to add new account.

If you could send a SOAP log for failed request using the "Reply to Author" option, I can take a look.

I too am facing the same problem , so just wanted to know the remedy of the same.
