[Adwords API] ACTION_NOT_PERMITTED for get request in CampaignService

Hi,

We recently started getting OperationAccessDenied.ACTION_NOT_PERMITTED when making get requests to CampaignService and SharedCriterionService for one Account. It was working fine before 10/27.

We are still able to download reports as well as call CustomerService so there shouldn't be an issue with the OAuth credentials. Can you please help us understand what could be the reason for getting the OperationAccessDenied exception?
