create video ads via Api

i cant seem to find the refrence to the api for generating video campains for youtube.

any suggestions?

Hello Dan,

Video campaigns are not currently supported in the AdWords API unfortunately.

I see older references such as this, but was wondering if anything has been updated. Can you create Video Ads via API with the current api version?

Hi Steve,

Video Campaigns are only supported in AdWords API Reports at the moment. You'll not be able to use other API services, like CampaignService or AdGroupService to retrieve or manage your Video Campaigns. If you are looking to create video ads for other campaign types, you can use the API to do this using template ads. Please keep an eye on our blog for any updates or announcements about this feature.
