Link Checker - False Positives

Hi there,

I've been using the Larger Scale Link Checker for a few months but have been getting more and more false positives in the last couple months.

These errors range from 404s to URL timeouts. Even though when I check the links myself nothing is wrong.

I'm not sure how to correct this as the script & its setup is quite complicated. I'd love any assistance with this issue.'
