I'm waiting to hear back about my Basic access application! Please Help!

Hello,

Over a month ago we applied for basic access by referring to this guide (https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/first-call/dev-token#step-3) for getting an Basic Access developer token, but we never received a reply.

After that I contact Google Ads API team to help me reach out Compliance team, but no response any more.

Last week we decided to contact Compliance Team via this form, but still no response. https://support.google.com/adspolicy/contact/contact_ads_api

Our MCC is 673-520-8682
Please help me to contact Compliance team?

Hello everyone, I have the same problem, I have applied to have my developer token with basic access level 1 month ago, and I have not received any response, I'll provide the MCC from which I am requesting this authorization.

I have submitted several compliance forms to the Google Ad API but I have no ticket number, I never get an email or confirmation message.

I have ticket of the case of the help I have requested in the Google Ad API support, through which I have reached this support group and forum, the tickets support IDs are:

6-8537000034706
7-3245000034450

The Manager Account is ID  607-480-7047.
