Targeting UK locations not on geotargets csv

Hi,

I am running a campaign targeting cities in the UK which I have used the geotargets csv to fill out my accurate geo.

The following locations however are not in the csv:

BARNET
WANDSWORTH
ISLINGTON
HILLINGDON
HOUNSLOW
REDBRIDGE
HARINGEY
GREENWICH
LEWISHAM
MEDWAY
NEWHAM
HULL
HAVERING

Am I able to target these places? How would I go about doing this please?

Thanks for reaching out! If the locations you are looking for are not in the geotargets csv file here, then they are unfortunately not locations that are available for targeting.
