Hi There,
I'm using google ads api to fetch data of my campaigns and store it on my database. I'd fetched multiple tables but none of those have 'Cost' column. It do have average_cost but the numbers doesn't make sense. for example
Average_cost = 101857142.85714284
Cost_micros = 713000000

Thanks in advance for the help

Hi khushboo,

Thank you for reaching out to our API support team.

For us to provide specific recommendations, could you please provide us with the complete Ads UI screenshot showing this behavior? Also, to investigate the issue further, could you please provide the complete request and response logs, with the request-id? If you haven't yet, logging can be enabled by navigating to the Client libraries > Your client library (ex. Java) > Logging documentation, which you can access from this link.You can provide it via Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, you may send the details directly to our googleadsa...@google.com alias instead. Let me know if you have any questions.

Best regards,

I pulled the data using Hevo Data tool. Here's the example of data I'm receiving.

Hi Khushboo,

Thank you for the reply.

Since you said that you are using Google Ads API to fetch data of your campaigns, could you provide first to us the complete API logs (request and response with request-id) generated on your end like what my colleague Anthony requested and the whole Google Ads UI screenshot having the data you want to retrieve? If that Hevo Data tool is a third party platform then you may ask them for the requested information.

Note that this can be requested or provided to the developer handling the Google Ads API transactions when logging of the API requests has been enabled.

These are the specific guidelines to enable it. You may then send the requested logs via the Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, you may send the details directly to our googleadsa...@google.com alias instead.

Best regards,
