API removal from my Google Ads Account

Dear API team,

I worked with an ad agency last month, and they connected their API to my ad account, but the end of last month we stopped working together, so they disconnected the API.

After than my ads stopped running completely. I even tried setting up a new search campaign but no impression at all. I adjusted the budget per day and CPA already, but it still did not work.

I wonder if Google API can allow APIs to adjust ad configurations, and when removing, the settings do not get back to default mode, causing my ads stop running.

As per provided information, I understand that your ads are stopped running. Could you kindly confirm whether you are using the Google Ads API or Google Ads UI to create the search campaign and campaign budget?

If you are using the Google Ads UI, please provide us with the Google Ads customer ID so that we can route you to the appropriate support team.

If you are using the Google Ads API, Please share the uncropped UI screenshot where you are facing the issues to assist you further.
