Urgent! I need my Basic access application response

Hello everyone, I have applied to have my developer token with basic access level 1 month ago, and I have not received any response, I'll provide the MCC from which I am requesting this authorization.

I have submitted several compliance forms to the Google Ad API but I have no ticket number, I never get an email or confirmation message.

I have ticket of the case of the help I have requested in the Google Ad API support, through which I have reached this support group and forum, the tickets support IDs are:

6-8537000034706
7-3245000034450

The Manager Account is ID  607-480-7047.
