Google Ads API Token Application - No Response over 2 weeks. HELP!

Hi there,

I submitted the Google Ads API Token Application on September 13, 2023 and it has been more than 2 weeks but I haven't received any response yet. I've also opened several support tickets with  Google Ads API Compliance team through this form about the issue but also no response. 

Is there any way I can get a status update on this process? My Google Ads manager account (MCC) ID associated with developer token is 947-167-4135

It is very urgent that we get a response from Google ASAP, so I would really appreciate if you could provide any clue or response on when I can expect to have my developer token approved.

Hi there,

To your question, I will answer as followed:

• Case ID generated from the compliance team in the format 0-0###########0 (if there is any generated). => I never received any Case ID when I submitted the contact form, just the following screenshot

• The type of access which you have requested for? Basic Access
