Hey there,

Over a month ago I applied for basic access for Google Ads API.

I received no response of any kind.

I have submitted another application, and would like a follow up on what went wrong with the first application/what I would need to change to get this process completed.

I was blindly following advice of others online to contact someone.
I don’t have a case id, and as far as I’m aware, the application itself didn’t generate an id number either.

 

Please let me know how to proceed.
