I'm trying to manage a lot of Google ads accounts with minimal access to the UI. One of the steps to be able to display advertising is that I need the accounts I create to have a billing setup.

The problem being that I cannot create nor retrieve said billing setups even though I'm authenticated with my top-level manager account.

I earlier posted about this same issue and was told I'd need to talk to a representative or my account manager. Being that I am in fact the manager of the account I'm trying to contact someone that may be able to assist me.

In essence, I'm trying to run ads on managed accounts created through the API but cant because it won't allow me to set up a billing setup

Hi Vitor,

Thank you for the update. Could you provide me with the error message that you receive when you're trying to set up billing setups? Have you checked this documentation for how to set up billing setup? Have you also made sure that you've set up consolidating billing if you're using BudgetOrderService?
