Sorting and translating report

Hello

I have a script that sends an email report of the campaigns.
I need to sort by ascending or descending order according to a metric. How can I do this?
Also I need to translate values like devices type. I have tried by searching and replacing with regex but couldn't make it work.

I can send the script privately.
