unabled to extract PAUSED Data from google ads

hi

try to pull data using API call, but only " ENABLED " status data can be pulled from campaign_criterion.status resource, i need "PAUSED" data according with this, am querying location_view resource to extract data,

kindly provide the resource name and query to extract campaign and metrics according with location

now only able to extract the "ENABLED" status data
