Is the feature detailed here https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/6386790?hl=en about adding an order id to mitigate duplicate conversions available through the Adwords API?

Hi Johnny,

The feature discussed in the documentation you have linked is currently not supported via the AdWords API. For features that are available for tracking and importing conversions, you may refer to this guide.

What are the available methods to handle uploading duplicate offline call conversions through the Adwords API?

Hi Johnny,

Uploading duplicates is already handled by the AdWords API as it only accepts the first instance of the record as discussed here.
