Upon checking, under the Automatically created assets setting for PMAX Campaign, you can change the ‘Final URL’ via API by changing the url_expansion_opt_out field of the campaign. Please refer to this
documentation for more information. You may also refer to the code example found in this “
Create a Performance Max Campaign” documentation for additional information. Here you will find the part of the code where you can set “url_expansion_opt_out” during the creation.
Also, note that changing the TEXT ASSETS option in the “Automatically created assets” is currently not available in the Google Ads API. I will raise a request to add this feature to be available in the Google Ads API. We cannot provide a scheduled timeline for the availability of this feature in the Google Ads API. I would recommend you please follow our

Blog Post for future updates.
