No response for Google Ads API Access Request

Hello,
We applied over weeks ago for basic access for our startup to the Google Ads API, but have received no response. I just sent a support request also one week ago.
Our team cannot continue development until we have this level of access on our account, so it's very urgent we get this resolved ASAP. Please, if you can help us, I will be very grateful :)
We have 50+ beta testers waiting for our tool
My MCC ID is 569-396-9325.
I don't have any case ID to give you because I never received a confirmation or other notification by email.
