Hi Maria,

The INVALID_BILLING_ACCOUNT error indicates that you are providing an invalid billing account. Can you please provide the CID you are using in order to make this API call along with the billingAccountId and primaryBillingId so that I can deeper investigate? Please ensure you "Reply privately to author" when providing this information.
