Question for audience targeting

Hi Google support team,

We have a campaign, and plan to associate two types of audiences as below:
(1) Targeting In Market audience to acquire new audience.
(2) Targeting website visitors for existing audience.

Question:
Google will calculate effective targeting for this campaign as In Market audience or Website visitors, is it right?

Could you confirm if you intend to use Google Ads API for targeting an audience? If yes, please note that Audiences can be targeted in multiple ways depending on the campaign type. Also, as stated in the Audiences documentation, audience targeting is supported for Performance Max and Discovery campaigns. You may refer to the documentation about targeting audiences for more information. 

Furthermore, with regards to your concern if Google will calculate effective targeting for this campaign as In Market audience or Website visitors, are you referring to the Audience segment types in a UserList? Asking this so we could provide appropriate guidance.

If this is not what you are looking for, then could you provide more context and un-cropped UI screenshot if possible so we could have a clearer picture of your concern.
