Hi,

I have a client who uses an MCC account to manage 365 Google Adwords accounts.
We are using the adWords API to get data from all 365 accounts.
We have established API authorizations/connections to all 365 accounts however, many of the authorizations are disconnecting/breaking.
Can anyone provide me with insight as to why these authorizations/connection might be disconnecting/breaking? Is there any reasons on Adwords side as to why this might be happening?
I would appreciate any isights. Thank you very much!

Hi,

Can you provide error stacktrace or the SOAP request and response logs for the authorization disconnection issue you encountered via Reply privately to author option so I can further investigate?

Thanks,

Do you mean that:
- Your client has a login (ie username/password) to an MCC
- You wrote software that uses a single OAuth2 client
- Your client authorizes the OAuth2 client with his login for every single account, meaning 365 times?

In that case I know: A user can only authorize his login to an OAuth2 client 25 times. When he attempts the 26th time, this will succeed, but the oldest authorization is silently withdrawn.
What you should do is rewrite the software and only ask to authorize once, and use that authorization for every account in the MCC.

I hope I understood your situation well, and this solution makes sense.

Hi,

A gentle follow up on this. If you still have issues on this, then kindly provide the details that I asked previously via Reply privately to author option.
