Hi Team,

Can you Please tell me why I reported the following error when creating a video AD

Request ID VJ_d-5n7ZitHtnbkN3uztA failed due to GoogleAdsException. Underlying errors:

internal_error: INTERNAL_ERROR

}

message: "An internal error has occurred."

Hi Echo,

Thank you for posting your concern.

The INTERNAL_ERROR occurs when something unexpected happened while processing the request or the API isn't functioning correctly due to a bug. This error is transient in nature and the API request will work again when requesting it again after 30 seconds or some time.

However, if this error is occurring frequently, you can provide the complete request and response logs with request ID generated on your end. You can provide it via Reply privately to author option. If this option is not available, then send it instead on this email address googleadsa...@google.com.

Also, if you haven't enabled the logging of the API transactions for the specific client library that you are using, then please refer to the specific guide below:
