How to get Buying plan for campaign

Hello,

My campaign have parameter Buying plan. Mention parameter is equal to "Instant Reserve"

How I can get "Buying plan" via API?

I am afraid that it is currently not possible to get the this field and its value using Google Ads API / AdWords API.
